When picking you up for the trip to the airport, we always aim to arrive and be ready for you at least 10 minutes before the time booked.
When being collected from the airport, we will text you before your flight lands to let you know where we will be waiting for you, and we always aim to be at the airport when your flight lands to make sure you're not kept waiting. Where necessary, this communication also helps us time our parking as late as possible to minimise parking charges.
